LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST

 

Delaney Farmer is a Board Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive experience in sports medicine, injury rehabilitation, and performance recovery.
 

His career began in 1997 after graduating from the Seattle Massage School, where he developed the hands-on treatment skills that would become a foundation of his approach to injury care. In 2007, Delaney earned a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training from Washington State University. While at WSU, he gained clinical experience working with several collegiate athletic programs, including Men’s Basketball, Baseball, and Women’s Swimming.
 

After graduation, Delaney returned to the Bellevue area, working in a physical therapy clinic while also providing athletic training services for the Seattle Wolves, a developmental and collegiate-level soccer program. He later served as a Team Massage Therapist for the WNBA’s Seattle Storm from 2008–2016.
 

Delaney founded PRM Sports Therapy in Bellevue, Washington, where he specializes in sports massage and treatment-focused bodywork for active individuals and athletes. His approach combines the clinical knowledge of an Athletic Trainer with decades of hands-on massage experience to address injury recovery, mobility, performance, and ongoing maintenance.
 

His professional sports experience also includes working with the Seattle Sounders, where he served as part of the medical support staff beginning in 2010 and continued as an independent contractor through 2016.
 

Delaney’s experience extends to the national and international level through work with organizations including USA Track & Field, USA Diving, USA Ultimate, and USA Racquetball. He has provided medical and recovery support at national competitions and world championships, working with athletes ranging from high school and collegiate competitors to professional and Olympic-level athletes.

In addition to his work at PRM Sports Therapy, Delaney serves as the Athletic Trainer at Lake Washington High School, providing injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency care, and return-to-play management for student-athletes across the school’s interscholastic athletic programs.
 

Whether working with a weekend warrior, high school athlete, competitive adult, or elite performer, Delaney’s goal is the same: provide individualized, practical care that helps each person prepare, recover, maintain, and perform at their best.
