Delaney Farmer is a Board Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer and Massage Therapist, bringing over two decades of experience in injury care and rehabilitation. He began his journey in 1997 after graduating from Seattle Massage School, honing his hands-on skills to enhance his ability to treat injuries. In 2007, he earned his Kinesiology degree with a focus on Athletic Training from Washington State University, where he gained valuable experience working with teams like Men’s Basketball, Baseball, and Women’s Swimming.

After college, Delaney moved to Bellevue and worked at a local physical therapy clinic while also providing athletic training services to the Seattle Wolves, a PDL/college-level soccer team. He later became a Team Massage Therapist for the WNBA’s Seattle Storm from 2008-2016.

​

Delaney founded PRM Sports Therapy in Bellevue, WA, where he offers specialized sports massage therapy Monday through Friday. In 2010, he joined the medical staff for MLS's Seattle Sounders, and from 2011-2016, he continued as an independent contractor, blending his athletic training and massage expertise.

​

Delaney’s experience extends to international levels, having worked with USATF, USA Diving, USA Ultimate Frisbee, and USA Racquetball at numerous world championships. He has supported athletes at all levels, from high school and college to professional and Olympic competitors.

​

Currently, Delaney serves as the Athletic Trainer at Lake Washington High School, where he provides injury care for interscholastic sports. Whether you're a weekend warrior or an elite athlete, Delaney’s unique combination of massage and athletic training delivers a tailored approach to help every client achieve optimal recovery and performance.
